Getting Started

To begin using Halopro’s residential proxies, you can send a request to https://ipinfo.halopro.vip through a proxy endpoint. Simply replace USER and PASS with your Halopro authentication credentials. Each query will automatically rotate your IP address, providing a new one for every request.

To verify the details of your assigned IPs, such as country, city, ZIP code, ASN, and time zone, you can query ipinfo.halopro.vip using your proxy.

curl -x pr.halopro.vip:7777 -U "USERNAME:PASSWORD" ipinfo.halopro.vip

Halopro’s Residential Proxies support multiple protocols, including HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5.

Using Region-Specific Proxies

You can specify the geographic location for your proxy by appending a region tag to your username. For example, to connect to a proxy in the United States, your query will look like this:

curl -x pr.halopro.vip:7777 -U "USERNAME-region-us:PASSWORD" ipinfo.halopro.io

Refer to your preferred language tab for sample implementations.

For more precise targeting, such as accessing proxies in London, United Kingdom, add a city identifier to your username. Below is an example query:

curl -x pr.halopro.vip:7777 -U "USERNAME-region-gb-city-london:PASSWORD" ipinfo.halopro.vip

Session Persistence

If you need to maintain the same IP address across multiple requests, use Halopro’s "Rotation" feature. By adding a unique session identifier to your username, your requests will retain the same proxy IP as long as the session remains active. Example:

curl -x pr.halopro.vip:7777 -U "USERNAME-session-123dl4awi-sessTime-5:PASSWORD" ipinfo.halopro.vip
